British Airways pilots agree not to strike this Easter despite a row with BA starting a new OpenSkies subsiduary to from the Europe to the US. Thousands of passengers can breathe a sigh of relief that it will be only baggage and security delays they'll need to contend with. bmi, easyJet, Ryanair, Virgin and Monarch call for the UK's airport regulation to be overhauled after the Civial Aviation Authority gave the go-ahead for airport owner BAA to raise land fee prices by up to 23% at some of the UK's biggest airports. Despite Heathrow's Terminal 5 due to open before the end of March, almost 70% of passengers who've trialed the new airport say that they do not expect the new terminal to improve baggage handling this summer.
