Leeds based Jet2 a hit with passengers

Based in Leeds, budget airline Jet2 has been voted the best in the UK by a recent survey of users of the Review Centre website. The popular Review Centre website allows users to rate airlines across several categories including Customer Service, and these scores are ranked across all airlines. Jet2 serves a variety of locations across Europe with Malaga and Faro proving particulary popular with travellers. Runners up in the server included holiday companies Thomas Cook and First Choice airways who scored highly with tourists. First Choice Airways and Thomas Cook also scored favourably with British tourists jetting out of UK airports to destinations around Europe and beyond. In a recent interview, Gaynor Holt of the Resource Team said (quote) "The fact that many people consider Jet2's service quality to be better than established names such as BA and American Airlines is a great achievement - and a wake-up call for the big-guns. " With passenger numbers increasing year on year, they are wanting a better service from airlines, and there isn't place for complacency by any airline. Jet2 have said that are delighted with the results from the survey and will continue to provide cheap flights and allow people to fly hassle free on their flights.
