Ukraine to Germany

GermanWings, not to be confused with CentralWings, has submitted an application to start new flights from the Ukraine to Germany. The two routes applied for are Berlin to Kiev and Cologne to Kiev. Passenger demand for both tourist and business travel from Germany to former soviet countries continues to grow as the small cost of flying to these countries, as well as it being cheap to stay and eat there make the destinations very attractive for short breaks. Germanwings competes for the budget/cheap flight market against airlines such as Wizz Air, Centralwings, Air Berlin and Ryanair to name but a few.
