Extra daily service from London Heathrow to Copenhagen with Scandinavian Airlines

SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) has announced an additional extra daily flight from London Heathrow to Copenhagen in Denmark for the summer season - March 30th to October 24th. Lars-Ove Filipson from SAS said [quote] "In recent years it has become increasingly difficult for airlines to add additional Heathrow routes to their networks and so typically service expansion depends on the introduction of larger aircraft which SAS has also implemented on its services to Scandinavia". The new service will take the total number of flights between the two cities to 7 a day. Copenhagen is growing in popularity for both tourism and business travellers with a number of airlines flying to the city.
