Ryanair start Glasgow to Barcelona route

Starting its 26th route from Glasgow's Prestwick airport, Ryanair now offers flights from the Scottish city to Barcelona in the Salou region of Spain. Ryanair's UK sales and marketing executive for Ryanair said "We are delighted to launch this service from Glasgow Prestwick today to Barcelona Reus, a popular city break destination. A fantastic destination for all holidaymakers, rich in the culture of Catalonia along with years of history. " Other destinations available through Ryanair from Glasgow include Stockholm, Derry in Ireland, Milan in Italy and Brussels in Belguim. Ryanair has seen continued growth so far this year with a new base established at Birmingham with over 20 new routes on offer, plus an increasing number of new routes from existing bases started with regular new routes added over the coming months.
